Since joining Est Est in 2010, Blake has leveraged his extensive knowledge of the construction industry to refine the firm’s processes, enhance communication, and improve the overall client experience. His background includes a distinguished academic career, graduating with honors from Arizona State University with a degree in construction management engineering.

Blake began his career with a small custom home builder in Scottsdale, where he played a key role in constructing the custom villas at the Montelucia Resort and Spa. This early experience in the construction side of the industry has been invaluable, providing him with a deep understanding of how luxury homes are built.

Continuing the Est Est tradition, Blake has dedicated the past decade to volunteering with Teach One to Lead One, a nonprofit mentorship program that works with at-risk students in public schools to guide them toward a life of purpose and potential. Community involvement remains a core value for Blake and Est Est, reflecting their commitment to making a positive impact.
