Since 1959, Est Est has been designing custom homes in the Valley of the Sun. Working alongside talented architects and contractors, we play a pivotal role in the design process. Starting from early conceptual design, we help to bring the dreams of a new home to life.
From floor plans and ceiling designs to kitchens, fireplaces, and bathrooms, Est Est provides a comprehensive design experience. We respect our client’s time and do not run them all over town. They can experience a “one-stop shop” at our office, where we curate finishes and allow them to touch and feel materials throughout the design process.
The design process culminates with the “Spec Book” which is organized with every material selection as well as detailed drawings and elevations throughout the home. This allows the contractor to accurately price out the home, and faithfully execute the design in the field.
