Are they private individuals, or do they like to entertain? Do they have pets or grandkids that will be hard on surfaces? These are just a few of the questions that help to set the parameters for design.

In a contemporary space, there are often few materials used, so it’s important that the material pallet is cohesive and strong on its own merit. We look for opportunities to create memory points. Examples would be a strong fireplace design, bold light fixtures, and custom furniture used as statement pieces. Because of the neutral nature of contemporary design, every use of color and texture should be thoughtful.
