Purchase Orders issued to manufacturers or craftsmen by Est Est, Inc. following receipt of payment are not subject to cancellation. You will be notified within 5 business days of placing your order if a product is no longer available and will be refunded the deposited amount for that item.
Customer is responsible for notifying Est Est Inc via Email of any concealed damage within 48 hours of installation. Please include a photo of the damage along with a description to allow us to initiate the warranty process.
Immediate warranty issues and prior damage will be addressed in a timely professional manner, by Est Est, Inc. Each manufacturer has different procedures and policies, and Est Est, Inc. will honor their policies within the manufacturer’s guidelines. If any product issues or concerns arise after installation, manufacturer(s) reserve the right to service warranty items. Est Est offers no additional warranty beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.
