Georgia Bates

Georgia Bates is a Senior Interior Designer at Est Est Interior Design. Originally from New Mexico, Georgia joined the award-winning firm in 2022. Her sophisticated modern desert style is inspired by the Santa Fe-style homes her architect father designed, antique furniture, and Mexican religious folk art. Georgia believes a space should reflect the client’s preferences, ensuring her style adapts to each job.

With over 25 years in the design world, Georgia’s homes have been featured in several coffee table books and on the cover of Phoenix Home & Garden and HGTV. Having lived in Los Angeles, New York, and London, she returned to the United States to seek new opportunities, settling in Phoenix. Georgia opened Bates Architectural Collection in downtown Scottsdale, nationally recognized for its Spanish colonial antiques and style. In her free time, she enjoys entertaining, walking with her dog, spending time with her grandchildren, and cooking.
